These Terms of Service govern your use of https://development-laboratory.com and set general expectations for inquiries with Development Laboratory Group. Paid work is governed by a signed statement of work or master services agreement.
1. About us
Development Laboratory Group provides IT consulting, cloud architecture, custom software engineering, and related advisory services through Development Laboratory Europe B.V. and Development Laboratory LLC.
2. Website use
The site is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Content may change without notice. We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting a Get in touch request or email does not create a consulting engagement. Binding terms, scope, fees, and deliverables are defined only in a signed SOW or contract.
4. Services and client responsibilities
We perform professional services with reasonable skill and care. Clients provide timely access, information, and decisions required for delivery.
Timelines and outcomes depend on assumptions stated in the SOW.
5. Fees and payments
Fees, invoicing, and payment methods are specified in the applicable contract.
Official USDT contract payments. We are a registered consulting group that officially accepts payment in USDT (Tether) for signed contracts — with invoicing, statements of work, and payment confirmation on every engagement. Networks: TRC-20 and ERC-20 · details provided in contract.
6. Intellectual property
Pre-existing materials and tools remain ours. Deliverables created under a SOW transfer or license as stated in that agreement. Site content remains our property or that of our licensors.
7. Confidentiality
Each party shall protect the other’s confidential information disclosed in connection with an engagement, subject to the contract and applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Liability for contracted services is limited as set out in the governing agreement.
9. Governing law
Engagements with Development Laboratory Europe B.V. are generally governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Engagements with Development Laboratory LLC are generally governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless the contract states otherwise.
